I have dealt with countless realtors but have never met anyone as genuine as Ray. I have recommended coworkers and other friends to him when they were buying homes. Finding a realtor like Ray is not very easy. He was someone that makes himself available for you and all those nervous questions you ask over and over again. Those multiple days looking at houses because he does truly want you to make the right choice for you and your family. Malinda is very informative, responsive, she has great knowledge of local areas. She invited me to her first time home buyer's seminar which was very informative and amazing she answered all my questions right away. I highly recommend her she is great!!!

I asked for my house to sell quickly, and for the best price. Ray listed the house at a good price, and ended up getting more than the asking price - in 4 days. Closed on the house with NO ISSUES one and a half months after listing. Ray suggested minor work be done (paint, clean out) before listing - a wonderful experience with him helping every step of the way.
